Plainclothes Almost sold out

Description

Inspired by true events in New York in the 1990s, where gay men were systematically entrapped and arrested by the police. A young undercover officer (Tom Blyth, The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes) becomes emotionally entangled in his mission when he develops feelings for one of his targets (Russell Tovey). Plainclothes marks the debut of emerging talent Carmen Emmi, who powerfully conveys what it means to be forced to hide your identity. Winner of the Special Jury Award at the Sundance Film Festival.
