Description
In this somewhat absurd comedy, an American film crew led by Edna (Chloƫ Sevigny) and her husband (Simon Rex, The Sweet East) travels to Argentina to shoot a story on a cult musician. Once they realize that they are in the wrong country, they feel obligated to ensure that they can go home with a good story, no matter what. Thus, they decide to hire local residents to fabricate a bizarre fake story to report on.With a bold color palet, an idiosyncratic narrative and a delightful cast, director Amalia Ulman certainly leaves memorable impression with her sophomore feature.
