If I Go Will They Miss Me en

After a stretch in prison, a father and son struggle to reconnect. This shimmering story captures what it means to grow up in the black neighborhoods of Los Angeles, trying to escape your circumstances, while finding solace in the community around you. If I Go Will They Miss Me is a true cinepoem with avant-garde roots. Director Walter Thompson-Hernández based this film on his short of the same name, for which he received the Sundance Jury Award in 2022.
