Description
It truly doesn’t get any more Bonkers! than this. When hammer salesman Carroll steps on a rusty nail, he spirals into a confusing reality. Are people actually plotting against him, or is it all a bizarre tetanus-induced fever dream? Bagworm can only be described as gory, uncomfortable, transgressive, and utterly memorable. You’ve been warned: this clusterfuck of a film ain’t for the faint of heart.
Director Oliver Bernsen will be present for a Q&A after the screenings on October 14 and 15.

Bonkers! Competition
Bonkers! is a whirlwind trip through innovative, strange, and otherworldly films that break the boundaries of genres and look for new ways to reverently smash sacred houses. Sometimes absurd, sometimes shocking, but always good, or at least good for a heavy discussion afterwards. Join us down the rabbit hole and experience the film festival in its, shall we say, purest form.
