Description
Kana, a struggling artist living in Canada, returns to Japan for the first time in a decade when her grandmother passes away, who has always been a source of creative inspiration. Just before her death, her grandmother confided in Kana about a secret love affair within the family that spanned decades. This causes Kana to question what she thinks she knows about love and duty, just as she reconnects with an old flame. Past and present weave together in this atmospheric meditation on the secrets we keep for those we love.
