Compensation Policy
LIFF has no employees at the festival and is organized largely by volunteers. The employees who make up the Management Team receive compensation for their work as freelancers.

Donators
Leiden International Film Festival has an ANBI cultural status. This means that you can donate at an advantageous rate. Donors of cultural ANBIs can benefit from an additional deduction on their income tax return. Private individuals can multiply a donation to a cultural ANBI in their income tax return by 1.25 and deduct it as a gift. Companies subject to corporate tax may deduct 1.5 times the amount of the donation in their corporate tax return.
